2.    The service is confidential and free to anyone who finds it difficult to access condoms. It is available only to those living at a Post-Code in Scotland.

3.    Abuse of the Scheme by an individual will lead to immediate cancellation of that individuals registration, and HIV Scotland reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to remedy any harm caused.
